Wanna be “Batmobile”

What keeps the bats from splattering all over his windshield?

Eerily bats would lead the road in front of me late at night while I drove to my mountain home. I theorized the headlights attracted insects which they fed on. Or maybe it was the Bee Gee tapes I was playing loudly in my Plymouth Dart.

And he figures it bats washing the car.

No less ridiculous than deer whistles…

I don’t think he’ll be batting 1000 with this date.

I wanted a replica of the batmobile, but this was all I could afford.

He’s no Bruce Wayne!

I can’t find Bleeb again. I fear he has been done in by Dalcon. (Perhaps Mr McPherson has tired of drawing him.)

Brilliant. Well, pretty smart. …nope. It’s batty. Yup, I went there.

Insect populations are way down. Talk to old truck drivers. They used to have to clean their windshields a couple of times a day. Now it’s once every couple of days.

Oy

I’m guano try to remember this for when the bugs start driving me batty this summer.

I’m guano go out on a limb and say: he’s just bat crap crazy!

The downside is that he can only drive 25 mph…

Comes down to whether he would rather clean off bugs or guano.

Speaking of batty.

The bats are a throwback to the bug deflectors that 1950s-vintage cars were equipped with.

In some areas, he’d need a whole swarm of bats to deal with all of the bugs.

This gives me an idea for my Harley!
