    NFTs were the rage little than a month ago. Now I hear the prices have dropped. Just like bitcoin. It seems almost anyone can create one a new something coin.

    An NFT is a token. It does not contain any art. It only contains pointers to other things, such as digital art somewhere on the Internet. There is nothing to prevent changes to, or even guarantee the exist of, the art that someone has supposedly purchased. Clyde is correct as usual.
