    like I said 4 days ago, it’s an advertisement gimmick. Nothing has changed with the new wheel. put on a show and convince the public to trade in their old wheel (that is no different than the new wheel) at a higher price. It’s an old gambit, but a good one. Wheel salesmen are the same Thru-The-Centuries.
