I usually get up around 8 am. Yesterday I was up at 9. Went to bed at 10 as usual woke up at 8am this morning. All set for another 8 months or what ever. I hope we drop this sham soon but our government is so weak.
I told all my people that my company would not be observing daylight savings time. I have gotten fed up with it. I loved Indiana when we didn’t change time. So, as a protest, we are not going on it. I told all my suppliers and our answering machine will tell you to call during the hours of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Eastern Standard Time. Would you believe, I still had a couple of people show up a hour early?
You don’t lose any sleep unless you set your alarm on Sunday morning. Most people don’t work on Sunday morning so they will wake up naturally. I stayed up later than usual last night. Bedtime is around 11 pm but it was only 10 pm by my body’s clock. You need to stay up later to get used to the new time. Arlo did not lose any sleep and he wouldn’t be tired this early.
I have always preferred to have more daylight in the evening than in the morning. My work hours are always the same no matter the season but I’m more likely to want to do something outdoors in the PM than prior to work.
We don’t actually lose an hour’s sleep as we go to bed after 3 am, so went to sleep at same 5 am, woke up at 2 pm – just 5 am was actually 6 am in “real time”, so I had trouble falling asleep – he was out like a light as always.
Very strange, I am back under my original username, today.
Yesterday left comment, under slightly different name, (because I could not sign in under THIS user name, today I can) that I liked the green sofa above, but that comment is gone now. And all my likes on different GoComics under that name are gone also.

Saw a comment somewhere yesterday suggesting we make the change at noon on a Wednesday. That sounds good to me.

My only reaction was, how do I make MYSELF think like that? I loathe the time change.
