Good old senile Charlie covering for his dominatrix wife’s tantrums….just a “little upset”? I’d love to see her when she’s really upset throwing a huge hissy-fit, hmmmm nothing around to throw at her poor husband. In panel #1 she’s strutting about with something up her bottom, and she’s really PO’d about Johnson being torn apart by a female Bolgani, jealous I’d wager. Just watch who you’re pointing a sharp clawed finger at, Junie!

Hmmmm, wasn’t much of a guide then, and Charlie doesn’t seem too worried about June being upset.

Now Tarzan’s getting upset too. Was the gorilla not hurt? What was this guide thinking, just being ripped to shreds, doe these guides really know nothing?

I guess she’s right. That is rather bad advice: Telling the guide to get ripped to shreds by a gorilla.

Here we go again, blaming the poor gorillas just because your guide wandered into their territory

Oh boy! Johnson was probably making goo goo eyes at June and the female Bolgani saw. She decided she wanted some of Johnson and, well, she has a piece or twenty of Johnson now. Now June will be making goo goo eyes at Tarzan and a male Bolgani…

I don’t see any porters around to carry the luggage. Did they get ripped to shreds as well? Figures though. We get treated to the end of the movie being made when the REAL action was at this camp with the shredded guide.

I thought that this guide was going to be a bad guy like the one in the last story. Are there only 3 or 4 storylines available for a Tarzan comic?

Eh, it’s better than getting eaten by the lions?

Now we can deduce that the gorilla in question was neither great nor white.

So she’s upset that the trip is spoiled and not that a human being was ripped to shreds? Of course a guide is a servant and a servant isn’t really human.

So some random gorilla wandered up and ripped their guide to shreds just because. Uh huh.

So this studly guy Johnson was just a bit part who dies “off camera”? He must be pist at his Agent. He only had 2 or 3 panels “screen time”

You guys are just about ruining this strip with criticisms? Why bother to read it?

“And because of him our guide has been ripped to shreds by a gorilla!” Well, June, that’s what happens when the Bolgani discovers your papers are not in order.

I bet some gorilla is in big trouble.

Now I gotta know what he did to get a peaceful gorilla to rip someone to shreds. Was he taunting him with a French accent?
