Poor fish: I think the fish was going to have a bad day even before he ended up in a tree.

Kinda contrary. Flying fish. Not cash and carry. I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels and motels over the years, but I can’t remember ever having my luggage carried for me. I guess I’ve saved a lot of money.

And what a Splendid Saturday it is thanks to these wonderful wordless wonders called BOZO, created by a tremendously talented master cartoonist FoXo Reardon before many years decades and eras ago but still flows like a fresh fragrant breeze even today and still brings great joy and sheer cheer to many.

But despite being a great classic of great creative calibre, neither BOZO nor FoXo are much known or remembered these days.

Spread the word, friends, so that BOZO can spread more joy and cheer to many more!

Comics is an artistic medium of expression primarily through artwork and FoXo tells his funny tales through his awesome artwork alone and none of his characters ever need to utter a single word. And he does it with spelendidly done drawings as he creates a realistic-looking three dimensional cartoon world of depth and details and every panel of BOZO is like a picture of this picturesque world.

The master of perspective artwork FoXo Reardon never fails to make us feel the three dimensional depths in his panels, even if he could have got away with lease details in any panel.

For example, look at the first strip today, with IN and OUT doors. He takes the trouble to make a background behind the building and put elements or characters there to create a further depth to the scene, even though it is visible only on one side. Now, was that necessary for the joke? No. But FoXo still did it because he gave his best while creating every scene, always went that extra mile.
