Brian really does have a good… or maybe “prolific” imagination. I’d love to see the USPS take on some more of its original mission, rather than being pared down to nothing.

(The mail was what people used to do what folks today use the internet for, seems to me. Why isn’t the USPS providing internet connectivity?)

DeJoy has ties to at least two logistics companies. Those are direct conflicts of interest. During a ramp up of his policies I saw quite a number of trucks from one of those companies. Never saw those company trucks before, especially in a three county area I travel regularly. Questions came up about his ties to those companies while he was being blamed for USPS delivery slowdowns and cutbacks. Oddly enough those trucks disappeared almost overnight. Hmm….

The U.S. government is not a business and is not intended to run at a profit. Measures can be taken to institute efficiencies to prevent monies from being wasted but agencies need to be allowed to carry out their functions.

I wish nothing but the worst for DeJoy . . . AND for the SOBs who gave him his job.

Well, as soon as President Biden appoints the new members to the Post Office Board, THEY can kick that useless piece of republican trash out, and we can get a REAL Postmaster General in there to begin to fix what DeJoy has screwed up on trump’s orders.

The stimulus also has 20 Billion for the post office, Republicans hate that as they are getting pressured by UPS and FEDEX to kill the post office. Their master’s voice.

There is no reason for the USPS having to lose so much money. They could try to approach a break even point by raising their prices across the board. People would still use their services.

I have been giving President Biden the benefit of the doubt insofar as getting things going because of bureaucratic inertia and republikkklan intransigence, but on this matter of getting rid of DeJoy, Mr President, MOVE IT!!!. This is a major part of GQP voter suppression strategy.

The first panel was funny, but the second was the best.

I know the Republicans are stonewalling on a very good DOJ pick, for good reason, most of them have committed crimes, especially in the last 4 years, but can they at least start the investigation into DeJoy’s felony obstruction of the mail?

As my household subscribes to over 50 magazines, we truly look forward to our mail delivery. And no, we do not want to read said publications over the Web.

DeJoy and the republicans tried to steal the election from the majority for Trump.
