Success at last !  Pouch will make his exit and never even know that Tiger Lilly is on the property. He will be gone shortly before Tracy, Sam and Ms. Han show up. Aquarius will come back but see the official vehicle and stay out of sight.

Pouch, I told you there were a lot of rooms in that place! Anyway, he finally got his balloon back, but the police are approaching. They might have him cornered because he’s upstairs and they’ll shortly be coming up to the front door where he entered.

I wanna know what’s so special about that Blue Balloon?

The cops arrive and… tomorrow we’ll probably see Oscar, Peggy and Cokecake, without a hint of this.

At least this story arc ran longer, and was more suspenseful than the Yeti story.

There is a lot of loose ends to cover. It’s far from over!!!

well the art work has collapsed. it’s bad enough when it’s just on sundays but he daily’s too? bleah

Pouch has undeniable feline features in Panel 3. The only thing to decide is if he’s an adorable kitty or a ferocious lion.

He squeezes the blue balloon no bang just puff. Outside the cops are coming!

What a lot of interesting plot lines in this story. All we need now is the balloon to go to the Apperatus or prehaps a recently released Fish Face. Cool story.

Geez,Neil really needs a job. Now he’s talking to cartoons, but his analysis runs deep. BTW, what happened to the gas?

I wonder why he is deflating it? Message inside? I know it is code.

One way or the other, this looks like the end of the line for Pouch. In a way it’s too bad, I kind of liked him as a recurring character, & he always provided a Gouldian touch to the contemporary strip.

Well, at last! Pouch has found the Famous Blue Balloon, in the bedroom where it had been tethered, but sadly deflated (which prompts me to wonder if one the things Alex had to get out for was to purchase some more Little Blue Pills—gotta keep Cheesecake happy). But it looks as though Pouch’s joy will be short-lived….
