Excuses excuses. Why can’t they (republicans) fess up? Reminds me of the Portrait of Dorian Gray. The façade is kept shiny and blemish free but the reality is damning and ruined.

I’m surprised Cruz didn’t get off the plane and immediately told reporters it’s AOC’s fault.

Since playing the contrite card didn’t work, Cancun Cruz is now attacking his neighbors that revealed the trip as a-holes and says he deserves respect. I hope the nickname reminds my neighbors why they should not vote for Cruz in 3 years.

What’s the point? Sometimes Clay completely befuddles my 81 years old brain when other commenters easily see the obvious. Other than doubling down on The Humper’s slander of Cruz’s wife I am at a loss. Someone, please explain the universal meaning in this toon for me.

It is inappropriate to target underage family members of public figures. It is inappropriate to target family members of public figures unless they are public figures themselves.

I’m a bit confused here. The Republicans here ARE blaming the small fraction of wind for the failures of the entire system.

Ted Cruz is a jerk in so many ways, even with the masks he chooses. He wore a mask about the 1835 battle against Mexico on his way to Cancun. Then he tried to pretend he’s devoted to Texas by wearing the Texas flag pattern on the way back.

How do his followers manage to ignore his disregard for anyone but himself?
