America says good riddance. Maybe he can trade that bogus presidential medal for a pass from level 7 to level 5. At most.

Those who liked him weren’t likely to be friends of mine. Those who disliked him, mostly just turned him off. (tit for tat, that).

I like to envision ole Rush in South Park’s version of Hell, replacing Saddam as the Devil’s latest paramour.

Rush was nothing when compared to his evil spawn, Ben Shapiro.

He ripped into drug users at the same time he was using drugs. That kind of person.

After Trump used Limbaugh for a photo-op during his State of The Union address he later had others turn down the coveted medal. Then he awards the medal to deceased people that had to say in the matter, but some relatives . . . . /S

He used his words to hurt people. I am not for hurting people.

I actually enjoyed listening to Rush in the 80s when talk radio was young. He was a fresh voice who encouraged listeners to call in and was respectful to them all. But at some point in time, he became a zealot spouting hateful rhetoric and flagrantly bashing listeners who disagreed with him. His fiery monologues invoked newsreel footage of Hitler’s speeches in my mind. Ergo, the world is a kinder gentler place WITHOUT him.

A school bus driver played Rush on the students every day. They just tuned it out.

More than one commenter has missed the point of the cartoons of Rush at heaven. The ones I have seen asking for the return of the talent is the parable of Jesus where the rich man was making a long trip and loaned each of his 3 servants a talent (sum of money). When the master returned and asked for his talent back, 2 servants had used the talent wisely and for good and increased the talent’s value. The one servant buried his talent and it went un-used. Some traditions have him wasting it in debauchery. The cartoons have the Christian god asking for Limbaugh’s talent and an accounting. Of course Limbaugh’s talent was wasted. Most Bible commentators equate the money talent and natural talent.

Appropriate cartoon. But, it wants some relief from a dog.

Easy to image his after life, sitting it a state of the art broadcasting studio, microphone in front of his face at station SATN, the number one station in hell. With no voice to speak into the mic…….

We have people that need ones like lumnuts to think for them, that’s what his following was, uneducated numskulls, they also used trump for a mentor too, take a look at the ones who invaded the capital now tell me if you would want any of them to be your neighbor?

I held little (that is to say none) admiration or respect for the late Rush Limbaugh. I never listened to his broadcasts or podcasts or appearances or, quite frankly, paid much attention at all to anything he said. But the man is dead. Enough already, in my opinion. While I personally do not mourn him much, neither do I see the need to excoriate a corpse.

At least he lived long enough to see his dittoheaded pet president (a man who embodied every vile aspect of Rushs’ babbling bulls**t) run outta town in disgrace.

Yes, Americans, in their own way, bid Limbaugh goodbye. For most, however, it’s not simply “goodbye,” but also “good riddance.” May he rot in the ninth circle of Hell for an infinite number of eternities.
