And has also been pointed out, if the Publicans are serious about “unity”, they will stop bleating about imaginary electoral fraud. As well as get with the program.

Time and again, Publicans have expressed reservations about a Democratic proposal, but suggest that they’d be more cooperative if this and that were changed or dropped. Which is done. But now it’s this something-else. Which is also done. As this process goes on (and the slow-walking makes it harder and harder for whatever the policy is to do any real good anyway), until very little of worth is left of the original proposal, and then (drum-roll) the Publicans all vote against the measure anyway. DON’T FALL FOR IT! THEY NEVER CHANGE!
