Mom finally has the son she wanted and she can’t accept it.

Can relate, can relate. Almost like they expect we were up to something malicious.

It’s Calvin’s non-evil twin.

Without spoiling anything, I love how this storyline begins.

It just opens up with Calvin suddenly acting different with the explanation coming much later, and thus we’re just as confused as Calvin’s mom is.

Better response than, “WHO ARE YOU AND WHAT HAVE YOU DONE WITH CALVIN?!”

Calvin is NOT one to plan ahead. Mom’s right to be worried.

Better be suspicious.

And so begins one of the funniest arcs in the entire strip!

This must be the Calvin from the “Mirror, Mirror” universe that the Star Trek universe made great use of. Susie is probably the dysfunctional kid in that parallel universe.

He did something. If my daughter started cleaning her room or taking out garbage without being asked, the hairs on the back on my neck stood up. There had to be something amiss.

I’d have to say that after the Snow Goons arc, this is probably my next favorite one. Just gives a nice glimpse of what Calvin could be if he so chose to.

Uh oh! The “un-Calvin” is unnerving. I’m thinking the rebound on this unnatural happening is going to be nuclear. …Well, at least a pretty big surprise.

The story is out of sync…..Here it is in March, and Calvin thinks Santa is coming?

Staying with grandkids while parents took a well-earned break. Grandson said he was going to take a shower because he had to go to school the next day. To say I was surprised would be an understatement.

ok so today I found that someone made a novel called “Calvin” which is about a 17 year old with sckitsophrinia who was born on the day the last Calvin and Hobbes who is hearing the voice of Hobbes due to skitsophrinia and needs to track down bill Waterson to make one more strip showing Calvin at 17 without Hobbes, because he thinks it might cure him. sounds like an interesting read
