Hah. Those hours may be stretching, but at least there’s an adult in charge, so they’re not long AND scary!

I’m busy plotting my escape out of this country. Getting my affairs in order and duffle packed in anticipation of the borders eventually opening. I am glad for the current administration, but with a large cross section of the population longing to turn America into a new version of 1940’s Germany, not feeling particularly safe. Other nations have their problems, but some seem much more dedicated to democracy and the welfare of their citizens than what I experience here.

mmmm….. Today I am working a 12-hour shift,….I guess there are two days today.

After the first year or so of retirement, every day is Saturday. Problem is identifying just which Saturday it is.

I am lucky. I am still working (albeit from home). So I stay oriented.

I have the good fortune of having every Friday off which I do call “First Saturday.”

Don’t give up. Did the British give up because of the Blitze? People have been through worse, there is a light up ahead.

Sorry folks. Qanon is spreading around the world.
