I am happy Bernie was there all bundled and wearing those cool (hip) mittens. Go, Bern!…but, we all know how important it is to wear a hat in cold weather. Jees!

‘Executive Orders’ inversely proportional to Legislature’s activity?

Is this the concrete version of whataboutism?

I think it’s a bit of an overstatement to say that Obama’s were “to overturn the actions before that”… since some of them were in response to new situations that needed action, and McConnell et al were able to prevent doing it via legislation.

And on the other hand, I guess it’s a sad truth that a lot of the recent politics HAS been very childishly anti “other side”. I have some hope that people will moderate a bit. I liked  being an independent voter, and find it annoying that my choice for rational laws and people has been reduced to one party with very VERY few exceptions.

This thought just came wandering through my mind. It would have been so nice, if Justice Ginsberg had lived to see Biden sit in the big chair.

I feel great! Joe’s been in charge for a whole day and I haven’t puked from terror, even once.
