So where, outside, did they put poor sick Chesney? Not the loading dock, I’m sure.

It seems to me that with all the broken windows, they have a TON of fresh air in the warehouse.

Chesney’s two henchmen could give him pneumonia. Hmmm, that would keep him out of trouble for at least 2 weeks.

Today is:

National Compliment Day. Okay, Ten Cats fans are the BEST people in the world! How’s THAT for a compliment?

National Peanut Butter Day. I’ll have a peanut butter sandwich in my lunch at work today.

Beer Can Appreciation Day. Sorry, I can’t appreciate beer cans. I don’t drink beer and most of the beer cans I see are litter along the roadside. That is not something I can appreciate.

It is 12:30 am and it was supposed to start snowing at least 6 hours ago. I was dreading having to drive to work in the snow in the morning. But so far, not a single flake has fallen, which makes me VERY happy. I’ll be going to work in about 8 hours from now and I’m hoping the snow doesn’t come. We’re still under a winter weather advisory, but they have downgraded the forecast from expecting 2-4 inches down to expecting only 1-2 inches. I can live with that.

Chesney, go to bed and sleep it off.

I was allowed out of my cage yesterday. I got to push a grocery cart. Sadly, our refrigerator, freezer, pantry, and main bathroom had become very low stocked. So the cart was stuffed with $158 worth of resupply. Turning corners at the end of the aisles was a constant fight of inertia. When we reached a check out I was worn out. I let my brother push the cart across the lot to where we were parked while I walked unaided behind him. As a result of that and other things, there will be no kitties this morning.

Ah, the old “disguise yourself as lamp by wearing a lampshade on your head” trick. Somehow, I doubt Annie will be fooled by it. Still, gotta give them credit for trying. On another note, saw six varied thrushes and a sparrow outside today.
