Siegfried Fischbacher just past away last Wednesday. He was 81. It’s said that he was terminally ill from pancreatic cancer and went thru some seriously-surgery. And now he is with Roy.
They were apparently excellent entertainers… though I sometimes did wonder how the cats felt about all that. I didn’t enjoy the show the one time I saw it on TV.
This is one of the few of Ramirez’s work I liked. All the others were of the same type. The man can draw. He just uses his skill for misrepresenting, or in some cases out & out lying, what is happening in the US.
Ramirez has never been fussy when it comes to being germane. He has no ideas himself, so he serves up whatever the dog has left in the bowl and expects readers to use their imaginations, i.e., project their thoughts and fears into whatever’s on offer and then Ramirez takes credit for what’s grudgingly received and places blame on those who scatch their heads in confusion (like now!).
