Donald Trump, once the demi-god of the reactionary extremists, was released from imprisonment today and immediately left in a plane for Mar-a-Lago, Florida. He looked a much sadder and wiser man today than last Spring when he, with Ted Cruz and other radical extremists, appeared before a Washington DC court charged with conspiracy to overthrow the government.
His behavior during imprisonment convinced the authorities that, like his political organization, known as the Proud Boys, was no longer to be feared. It is believed he will retire to private life and return to New York, the city of his birth.
Totally get it. I’ve read and heard some of GWB’s recent comments and I think “Boy, I sure miss him” and then I stick my fingers into a light socket while banging my head against a conveniently located spike on the wall.
It’s hard to envision Trump being alive in 2040. He’d have to be 94. But, he is rich and connected and who knows what potions and methods the rich have and we won’t.

The media were making me gag thirty years ago with their fawning over Nixon. The Orange Buffoon has made too many enemies for that to ever happen.

Neither of those ladies are on a career track that would lead anyone believe they were going to enter politics. But, stranger things have happened.

It really is bad, when one finds some pleasure in a Cheney statement. Also, is he Superman or what………………..how many heart attacks?
