We suffer from multiple pandemics – COVID-19, Ignorance, Egomania, and a Complete Lack of Self-Restraint. Sometimes the combo platter isn’t only not good for you but is also a really bad deal.
Once again, most Republicans refuse to acknowledge reality despite it being in their faces and threatening their own lives… assuming that McConnell allows another Trump impeachment trial in the Senate, expect more denial and refusal to entertain facts from these Republicans… they will continue to obstruct, while crying for “cooperation” and “forgiveness”…
I don’t know what their political beliefs are, but I’ve got neighbors who just won’t wear masks, and won’t practice social distancing. They tend to stand really close, and I just back up and tell them that, for their protection as well as mine, I’m going to maintain my distance. When I do that, they usually give me a blank stare, and say, “Oh.” Drives me crazy.
The spouse of one representative has tested positive for COVID-19, thanks to REPUBLICAN representatives who refused to wear a mask while in an enclosed space. Indict him for causing bodily harm.
AND, just to prove HOW EFFING STUPID some of those Repukelikkklans REALLY are, Gomer Gohmert REFUSED to pass through the metal detector, claiming that “I don’t have time to waste on this, I’m going to vote on a bill…”
I don’t often post the same message on different comics, but I read an interesting article on Qanonsense and wanted to share it. It explains the psychology behind how people get hooked into the ever-changing conspiracy theories and can’t seem to escape:

Sharing COVID isn’t the worst thing some of the Republicans have done. Tours of the Capitol building the day before the event is only one example.
