prices go up – service goes down almost every year lately. not sure what that is about other than they don’t care whether they go bankrupt or not. maybe it’s just my local P.O. station but I quit going there and use the other shipping services every time I can. the local one removed the people that everyone liked put completely non-smart/non-helpful/non-caring people at the front counter and now there are lines out the door most of the time with many impatient people standing in line. that use to happen once in a great while during holiday or tax season – now it has been constantly every day, all day long for the last two or three years. and the covid stuff made it even worse
