I’d rather keep my eyes open, keep a tight grip on a fire extinguisher and keep watch near that Birthday bonfire hazard. Kids are flammable you know.

I find it terribly sad that his wonderful dream is forgotten by so many people — of ALL skin colors — who consider their skin color the most important fact about themselves. Did MLK die for nothing?

How many candles are on that cake?

Honestly MLKjrs birthday is the only holiday I give a crap about.

The whole world needs 3 or 4 decades of amnesia to forget what haters have pushed.

Dr. King and his work must not only be remembered long after we are all dead and gone, they must be put into reality every single day.

It is not a matter of race…it’s a simple matter of morality and ethics: fighting injustice, eliminating poverty, and ending war. It constantly amazes me that we have spent billions of dollars to construct robotic “atomic devices” that can incinerate the planet. Who dares say that humanity is not using technology to constructive ends?

Happy Martin Luther King day.
