Reminds me of a joke we use to pull at the McD’s I worked at. On Halloween we us to put a fake skeleton in a crew uniform and place him the counter with a sign that read “Can I go now”.
I had a trip like that from PDX to Los Alamos. A blizzard had shut down the Denver airport and totally depleted their plane de-icing equipment. We ended up flying to Albuquerque where we rented a car and drove to Los Alamos. Fortunately our customer waited for us, and we had a very successful trip. We were starved when the meeting was over(midnight) and the only restaurant that we could find that was open was “The Cow Girl Hall of Fame”. To our surprise it was an excellent restaurant.
