K. T. Oslin – had to look her up. I rarely listen to music and Dolly is as close to Country as I get.

I never understood how burning one’s bras, so they end up with pendulous tits banging against their knees and terrible back aches was supposed to send anybody important any kind of lesson except “these women are daffy”…

I loved the song “80’s Ladies”. I would play it over and over on my cassette player. How’s that for aging myself? A lot of things I would change in my 60+ years but would never want to do it all over again.

Better not burn it. Those things are expensive, and priceless if you find one that’s comfortable – at least according to my wife.

I think I speak for most men, that activity leading up to magically pulling one’s bra out the sleeve armhole is one of the most fascinating things to watch.

K.T. Oslin. One of my favourite country singers. “Do ya?” is a great song. Also “Come Next Monday”. Her songwriting really struck home with people over a certain age.

I can understand it being symbolic – wife has needed to buy some new ones and those things are expensive!
