So he can’t mug him there and he has to be careful that Aquarius doesn’t let them loose. Hopefully, Aquarius will leave soon and Tiger Lilly can follow him to a more secluded spot.

He wanted that blue one bad so if he loses it is his own sloppy work. I suppose, for no rhyme or reason, Ty shows up to share in a tête-à-tête and to be puzzled by the balloons and then marvel that they may be in possession of something very valuable.

Let’s not overlook the affectionate snuggle by the couple on the left. At a time when there’s so much discord in the world, small gestures of love like this make a difference. But maybe that’s just me… I’m an incurable old softie for heartwarming mushy stuff.

So much for “closing time.” None of these folks look like they’re going anywhere. Especially AG65’s cute couple.

Looks like the scuffle is what drew the attention of the local PD.

Look at Tiger Lilly’s nose……Who else has one like his?….Yep,Dick Tracy….I think the ‘’Dick’ has been cheating on Tess,and has a son.

Gotta give Mike credit for being on the "ball"oon in this case and making sure the Gouldian arrow is there so we know which balloon is the blue one. How many times have we seen that arrow now? lol

Apparently still in the park, but not the part that is closed. If you were going to be selling balloons wouldn’t it make more sense to be in the part of the park that is still open (so it looks like an honest sale) than drawing attention to yourself by being int the portion of the park that was closed for the night (where it’s obvious any activity anyone sees – and we know the police drive by since we were shown it) so it screams “Something shady going on here!”?

They keep telling me it’s blue, but to me, it’s more of a silver or a dull cyan.

1-NARKY MARK: Do you accept Canadian dollars? They’re not worth as much as REAL dollars so they’re smaller.

VIN DOOR: I know. And they make their coins out of tin. But I got poor relations up there so I’ll send it to them. They can use it to buy poutine and Moosehead beer.

They say anything is possible….would Aquarius be mistaken for the contact person since he has the blue balloon. Mystery Person “Where’s Pouch”? Aquarius: " He had a family emergency and asked me to fill in for him".

Jeez, anyone remember when in Dick Tracy comics, Dick would appear usually at least once a week. Hopefully, he and Sammy ain’t in Covid Quarantine in that mansion. BTW, what color is that balloon?

I guess the whole storyline so far has been a set-up for the balloons.

As Aquarius chugs his coffee (or hot chocolate?), with a perilously meagre grasp on the balloons (one of them is BLUE, kiddies), Tiger Lilly lurks nearby, at the trees, biding his time before his intended mugging of Pinkie. The suspense is chilling! (As if it weren’t cold enough out there already.)

Well, that’s one way to ensure that the colorist colors the blue balloon blue…
