They are terrified of ‘the left’, but they have no idea what it is they are afraid of, except maybe Those People get to participate in government.

I ask this question of you who support Trump, and vote republican: What is your definition of what makes America great?

What is it with these people? Are they really that frightened that maybe poor people might get a fair deal? Really that worried that they may be asked to pay a little more in tax to assist those worse off than them? Fearful that the US may seriously look into a ‘living wage’?Do they really think the conservatives (the parties of the rich, for the rich and by the rich), give a tinker’s cuss about the marginalised, the working poor (who, it seems vote for them in droves), the sick who can’t afford doctors or hospitals? The ‘religious right’, the people who profess a better sort of Christianity, seem to me to have no real knowledge of the term ‘love thy neighbour’.

He is as centrist as the leftists will allow him not to be!
