Reminds me of when Bugs Bunny thought a ‘Poor old lady’ was being attacked by a strange creature.

My father actually enjoyed bagpipe music. He even had a couple of record albums of it. I remember one time when I was a teenager he played the music incredibly loud. I asked him to please turn it down. He said “now you know how I feel when you play your music loudly”. Quite the character , my Dad.

The AC/DC song “It’s a long way to the top, if you want to rock an roll” features a bagpipe solo. I think it is a marvelous work of art.

Bagpipes are best heard across a body of water. Preferably the Atlantic Ocean.

The Scots and the Irish have argued for centuries over which of them invented the bagpipes. Neither side is willing to accept the blame.

Some people hate the sound of a bagpipe. A bagpipe sounds like high notes on a electric guitar, but they’re OK with the sound of an electric guitar.
