    I once saw an episode of Law and Order: Special Victims Unit, where parents had put a tracker on their child. They were arrested for it. Today parents can give their children trackers (commonly known as “cell phones”, but rarely used to make phone calls) and keep track of their exact location, and it’s not illegal.

    at work they do have gps`s in all the work trucks so they can see whos being good city employees

    But if it’s your car, they call it a lojack.

    And if, you’re on parole, they call it an ankle bracelet.
