Janis always picks the winning team, so no sense watching the game.

Makes you wonder if Arlo ever notices Janis if she isn’t directly “involved” with him at the moment.

I would have pegged Janis as a Kindle girl.

I enjoy watching NFL. My wife does not. I can watch the game in the man cave or the bedroom. Matters not. I may not see my wife, nor she me, for an hour at a time. We touch base with each other but have no difficulty spending a few hours on Sunday in different parts of the house.

Keep it up, Janis. Soon he’ll find a replacement for other activities.

Great idea I might use a cutout of myself when my wife watches Hallmark movies!

One of the few instances where A&J don’t mirror our life – my wife is the sports fan & im the one reading a book in the other room.

I came home from work and fixed dinner. After dinner, unemployed spouse would wash dishes, then park on the sofa and watch TV. I would get two preschoolers bathed and read to and into bed, then sit down in the same room and read. Spouse complained that I was shutting them out because I wouldn’t sit on sofa and watch TV with them.

I’m making one of myself now. For the office.

Why not just use the inflatable Janis?

My wife makes me go into the bedroom to watch football.
