I dont think any of us could live up to Lily’s expectations.

Lily, I don’t think you have the temperment to replace Santa. I believe “Jolly” is a requirement for the job.

There are some lines not even Lilly should cross, and attacking Santa is one of them. Bad kitty!

When you order your groceries to be delivered, sometime you get what you get. Often they will call and tell you something is not on the shelf and can you substitute.

Scott ordered an approximately 16 pound fresh turkey. What we got was a frozen solid 23 pound turkey…for the three of us. We’ll be eating turkey into the new year.

    Today is:

National Tie One On Day. I don’t drink. All I’ll be tying on is my shoes before I head off to work.

    National Blasè Day

    National Parfait Day

National Play with Dad Day. I can’t do that. He died 30 years ago.

Shopping Reminder Day. We’ll be getting ready for some Black Friday Deals. We’re closed on Thanksgiving, so Black Friday is actually on Friday this year.

National Jukebox Day. Jukeboxes are hard to find these days. We used to own one, way back when I was a kid. It was in the old American Legion Building when my dad bought the building for processing honey (he was a beekeeper from the time he was a young boy). The jukebox didn’t work, though, and after many years, he sold it real cheap to someone. He probably could have gotten a lot of money for it, but that wasn’t his way.

My deepest Sympathy to Happy x3 for the passing of Sweetheart. We may not have ever met her, but I think we all felt a connection with her through your posts and obvious love for her. All dogs and cats should be loved as much as she was. RIP, Sweetheart.

I don’t see anyone rushing to pick up the pretty stray white kitty.

NOTE TO GRAHAM: How about someone donating gifts, food, etc to Annie and the cats for Christmas. We could use some holiday cheer to offset the COVID doom and gloom.

As you may know, I have been emailing my pictures, plus some bonus pictures to fourteen Graham Crackers. I fear we may have lost one of us. mliauba@hotmail.com whose name I don’t have, is no longer accepting email. Hotmail says that her mailbox has been full for the last four days.

As much as she deserves it, I don’t think Santa Claus would dare put Lily on the naughty list. On another note, saw four juncos, a sparrow, and two varied thrushes while out walking today.
