If it got overlooked the first time, it is obviously in an out of the way location. Just leave it there until next year, no one, almost no one, will know. Personally I would pose the skeleton as though it were riding on the back of the marshmallow peep and leave them both out. The peep should be good until next year.

I get peeps on sale after Easter. I buy all I can get. They are excellent in hot cocoa.
