Why is it that smokers can’t place their cigarette butts in the ash can that is only a couple feet away?
They should make filters biodegradable, or filterless. If they won’t do that, make filtered $2 a pack more; see if that inspires change.
I’m an ex-smoker, which makes me even more rabid toward smokers and their pollution.
