The city offers many cultural and intellectual opportunities as well as time saving location convenience (traffic aside) that might not be as accessible out in the rurals. Out here tho, we get wildlife in droves and can even co-habitate if open to it. Something about watching a deer or fox or or or wander thru my yard with no fear…comforting to me (we feed the critters every winter) : )

The problem with this is that all the “little critters” will come to expect a free handout all winter long and not forage for their own food.

I like the Asian lady that feeds chipmunks… she has a Youtube channel. They come right up to her and she gives them seeds. It’s amazing!
