What are the chances the tattoo says DAD ?

At what age does Duke think it will be Earl’s first initiation ceremony with illegal substances?

Will tattoo parlors give tattoos to kids?

Interesting, as I’ve never noticed any tattoos on Duke.

It will say "If found, please return ….. " in Ukrainian

It’s slowly dawning on Honey that reuniting father and son wasn’t nearly as good an idea as she thought it was. Ironically, at first Duke didn’t want her to do it and now he seems quite pleased with the situation. But then, are Duke and Honey ever truly happy at the same time? ;-)

Earl’s an adult by the time Duke’s future client Trff (and other dictators) gets ousted from power (and that itself was from our perspective several years ago), so he’ll be learning from Duke for quite some time yet. That’s the thing about having kids around, it makes it impossible to pretend to yourself that you’re not getting older. Except in comic strips that, as Mark mentioned in Sunday’s strip, are frozen in time, of course.

Also in animated shows: Bart Simpson is perpetually ten years old, and it’s been established that Marge gave birth to him in high school. That means that Marge and Homer can never get any older than ten years older than they were in high school, meaning that in exchange for having Bart as their perpetual ten-year-old son, they never have to worry about turning thirty. Quite a gift, but also quite a price.

After the Tattoo they can go to the dog fights. Maybe stop off at a strip club on the way home to teach the kid the joy of sharing his dollar bills. …tsk!

Tattooing children should be a crime, if it is not already. It’s bad enough having to live with your own bad ideas.
