I don’t know what the solution to our predicament is, but abolishing the Electoral College is no cure-all. If you propose a Constitutional amendment to elect the President by popular vote, I’ll support it. But it will lose, because not a single Red state would ratify it (nor, I suspect, would swing states).
did the polls get it wrong again? I have to wonder as polls since March have been claiming that Biden was winning. Now Trump does exactly what people said he would, and he claimed he never would. Declared victory before all the votes are counted, not only did he declare victory, he demanded the vote count be stopped
And Hair Furor is ALREADY whining about his “Lead Magically Vanishing” as the votes were counted. He STILL hasn’t figured out that the majority of the people in the U.S. HATE HIS GUTS!
