I used to wonder, when I saw the two doors labeled “Ladies” and “Gentlemen”, why there wasn’t one for me.
But then I realized that if I was no “gentleman”, it didn’t really matter. I could ignore the signs. (Though with personal safety in mind, I do avoid the one that says “Ladies”.)
