I’ve told my kids not to worry about housekeeping when we come over. We are there to see them, not their house. Their houses, as mine, are kept clean enough.

The house gets toothbrush cleaned and little repairs when company comes, rather before it comes. Amazing how much gets done with a little stimulus.
