Before they get fired, they’d rather cram one more unqualified judge down our throats.

Rather than do something to help us survive what they’ve unleashed on us.

Mike, you have captured a perfect picture of our senate elected by people that believed their lies, that they would work for them and all the people to advance our nation for the benefit of all it’s Citizens and instead they all are supporting their own backward ideas of what they believe is best for themselves.

The confirmation itself is not delaying the CoVid bill. The politics of the day, as exemplified by the confirmation, are. If the people (or the media) believe Congress is so dysfunctional that it can only do one thing at a time, and only if its seen by the media maybe its time to start dumping institutions.

They care about their mega donors.

Republicans not caring isn’t news. It’s their platform.

The US Senate is merely taking a cue from the First Third Lady’s unforgettable fashion statement; “I don’t care. Do U?”

A penurious citizenry cannot pay the taxes which maintain the style these parasites take for granted. Yet one more example of living strictly in the moment. Got any recipes for gold and silver bullion from The Plutocratic Chef?

Priorities folk.. Priorities. Be patient.. there may be some crumbs left over after all the important folk are taken care of. Or not, but have faith, we promise one of these times to get to you.

Here’s a letter I just sent to the editor of the largest daily newspaper in Charleston, SC. It’ll be interesting to see if they run it:

Please excuse this Yankee for touching on a sore spot, but I understood that South Carolina had renounced slavery when it rejoined the United States back in 1868. So why are you sending a slave to DC?

When Merrick Garland was appointed to the Supreme Court in 2016, Lindsey Graham refused to give him a fair hearing. Why? Because Mitch McConnell ordered him not to.

Oh, he had his excuses. “There’s a presidential election coming up,” he said. (It was eight months off.) “Let the American people decide,” he said. “[If I’m lying], you could use my words against me, and you’d be absolutely right,” he said.

That was then, this is now. With another election less than three weeks away, he’s ramming through the confirmation of a different nominee with unholy speed. Why? Because Mitch McConnell ordered him to.

And when massa says “jump”, Lindsey slavishly asks “how high?” … on the way up!

Wouldn’t you folks rather have a decent senator whose word you can trust, and who represents South Carolina, instead of a sniveling, craven liar who represents Kentucky?

What SUPERB caricatures, Mike ! (and they are caricatures of legislators !)

They give the American people what they don’t want: a SCOTUS judge.

They refuse to give the American people what they do want: a stimulus bill.

And yet, they will still be completely shocked when the American people vote them out in November!

What did Lindsey Graham and Ted Cruz have to say about Trump during and then after the election 2016 ? “I don’t recall” like their Supreme Court Nominee . . . was it always something nice?

McConnell spends lots of time ramming this court appointment through but puts off voting on helping people during this crisis. “He’ll do that later.” I won’t hold my breath.
