I’ve a photo on the fridge, of me when I was 50. Whatever happened to that guy?

He may have a pot belly, but overall he isn’t significantly overweight. What he needs is more exercise.

I think sugar and empty carbs are worse than fat…but excess is excess. time to grab some papertowels and clean up that mess.
