When questioned for a position on the Federal Bench in 2017 she answered then Senator Franken that she was aware that the group named the Alliance Defending Freedom attempts to criminalize homosexuality. Barrett was paid to speak to the group. Tuesday Senator Leahy asked the same question and Barrett denied knowing about it at all. It’s all on tape. Barrett lied while under oath.
