It sounds to me like they’re taking pumpkin pie ice cream and swirling with whipped cream flavored ice cream and mixing in coconut and pretzel pieces. All the key ingredients of my October Surprise.

“October surprise” ice cream is probably just September’s “Flavor of the Month” that got thawed and refrozen.
