Republicans, you reap what you sow…“elect” a lunatic like trump, and THIS is the result…over 210,000 DEAD AMERICANS! MOST OF WHICH NEED NOT HAVE DIED WITH PROPER PRECAUTIONS FROM THE BEGINNING OF THE PANDEMIC, NOT THE EMPTY WORDS AND LIES THAT WE GOT FROM THE BLIGHT HOUSE!!!
Today’s Amy Coney Barrett hearing was inter-EST-ing, to say the least. It featured Republican Senators apparently trying to get Barrett to commit in an oblique way to the possibility of applying the concept of severability when the Justices hear arguments shortly after the election in the case concerning the constitutionality of the entire ACA.
Those senators know the Republican’t Party doesn’t have a plan to replace Obamacare, and they now appear to understand that during the campaign they’ve been taking it in the shorts on the general issue of healthcare. Since Barrett unfortunately is likely to be a member of the Court when oral arguments in California v. Texas are heard November 10, it seemed like the Gummatous Old Popinjays were trying to provide themselves with an alibi for when Barrett votes to gut or throw out the Affordable Care Act.
I noticed the sign on the far right. Hopefully when a new administration takes office, we won’t have to worry about Obamacare being cancelled. Trump was determined to have a judge elected who’s just as racist as he is!
I’m guessing that if the Handmaid is confirmed on the Supreme Court, she will vote to repeal Obamacare and “pray” for all those people who lose their healthcare in the same breath!
Do blue states or red states suffer more based on the massive stupidity and bad examples emanating from the White House? A statistician ran the numbers, based on recent election results and COVID death rates as reported on Oct. 4:
The air in this country is toxic with Trump’s lies and cruelty. Our national community has permitted this for nearly 4 years; time to VOTE BLUE by November 3 to turn on the air purifier.
