There is a tenuous link between caffeine and heart attack. High doses can cause increased blood pressure and heart rate, which may trigger a heart attack in people who are subject to them. But smaller doses may actually help a weakened heart.
On the other hand, caffeine consumption does not appear to cause the underlying problems that make someone prone to heart attacks. And coffee contains several substances which are actually beneficial to heart (and other organs) health.
