No, no, Rob. “Suckers” means “members of the US military”. We have it on the highest authority. What Miss Lindsey would undoubtedly have said was “Fools”!

On not paying taxes Trump said in the presidential debate with Hillary in 2016 “That makes me smart”. The suckers and losers are all the “little people” that pay taxes. We now know that Trump couldn’t pay his taxes because he was broke.

I’ve never been sure why Leningrad Lindsey is so terrified of being outed as being gay. I mean, c’mon, the second most favorite person of Li’l Donnie’s life (after himself) was Roy Cohn!

We could use his words against him if we painted them on a shovel and smashed it into his face!

Setting aside for a minute the hypocritical speeches that both sides make when it suits their purposes of the moment, let’s look at the opposite side of this equation:

The Democrats are screaming and whining because the Republicans are doing exactly what the Democrats tried to do 4 years ago.

Now, if they truly believe that it is not Constitutional for a sitting President to nominate a SCOTUS candidate in the last months of a term, then they are also hypocritical, because that is exactly what they tried to do when it suited them. If they truly believed that their SCOTUS nomination was legal in 2016, then they can’t complain when their opposition does the same thing four years later. Neither side should be able to “have it both ways.” But it should be about what is Constitutional and legal. RBG said it herself: A President is in office for four years, not three.(Paraphrased)

There is one important difference between the two events. Last time, it was a Democrat President and a Republican Majority in the Senate. This time both the President and the Senate are Republican, or a Republican Majority. Since the Senators are elected also, it can be argued that “the will of the people” is being followed.
