Christianity seems anxious to throw natural reality away in the belief that afterlife is more important. Afterlife? Really?

If you’re trying to hurry up your idiotic endtimes zombie resurrection fantasy you should automatically be barred from public service.

See also Barr, Pompeo and the the vast majority of these repug f/wits.

It’s God’s will that 2 year olds be separated from their mothers and locked in cages.

Also, the will of all Trump Disciples, like Lester.

Mr. Lester, could you add some side commentary, maybe in, I dunno, say, plain English, to help us understand your point? Or for perspective maybe a link to the news item you are commenting on ? Or maybe just a simple “Bong rating” such as: “To think you understand this cartoon, you must be this high”…

No one has said she is “too religious”. The problem is that she sometimes makes her judgements based on her faith instead of the law.

Religion is fine, as long as you allow others the freedom to follow their own religion and not make yours the “law of the land”.

If judges are lawyers who are political, then are SC justices actually judges who are even more political? The senators sure seem to think so.

and her Catholic faith is not the problem. Her membership in a charismatic cult (which was supposedly used as inspiration for the handmaid’s tail) is the problem.

DIANE FEINSTEIN did say that THE DOGMA LIVES STRONG WITHIN YOU…sure sounds like TOO RELIGIOUS to me!!! BILL MAHER just recently said that she is a f%$#@* RELIGIOUS NUT. Critics cannot point to a single example of any of her judgments being based on ANYTHING but the law….so they fall back on character assassination.

This is what the Progressive/Leftist/Democratic Party despises:

“Litigation is not the vehicle for resolving policy disputes.”

Who said that? Judge Amy Coney Barrett. Judges are supposed to be open-minded, fair, and faithful to interpreting the constitution and body of law. She has a long academic and judicial record that proves exactly that. The reason Democrats are mostly unfit to hold public office is because they want to pack the Supreme Court and federal judiciary with “progressive” judges who will not be faithful to the constitution or fair and open-minded, but, instead, will take over the role abdicated by the Congress and make policy-based decisions. This undermines our representative republic and the votes we cast as citizens. Congress needs to resume making policy decisions and leave the courts to fulfill their role of judging cases to ensure that the ‘rules of the game’ (a.k.a. the constitution and laws) are being followed.

Oh, and she has also said, which is proven by her track record, that it is never appropriate for a judge to bring their personal opinions and agendas to their decision-making. She appears to be an excellent judge and in absolutely no way radical in her professional career or personal life.
