Rambo-mirez doesn’t want anyone to see that the republicans are psychopathic sycophant’s. He wants to cover up the fact that Trump has expanded the ban on government agencies having their employees attend racial and sexual sensitivity training. Now his banning government contractors from having that training also.
It is only okay if the republicans play dirty. Democrats must always play on the up and up. Do as I say, not as I do, the republican mantra. Democrats get down and dirty like the Republicans and the Republicans whine like a female dog.
Here’s the problem: McConnell invented a reason to block Obama – and created a precedent. Then when the Dems tell him he should continue to follow his own precedent, he refuses. Hypocritically. When McConnell smugly refused to even meet or interview Obama’s pick, he was in fact not even doing his job as a Senator. He was in fact creating a way around Constitutional protocol. That Pelosi might now try to block McConnell’s cynical ploys by impeachment is NOT on an equivalent level of cynicism. Why not? Because she would be using existing possible protocols rather than inventing new ones. McConnell could have blocked Obama’s candidate simply by following the protocols – having interviews with the candidate and then voting against him – but he chose to show his entire disdain for anything approaching rule of law or protocol that he he went outside the norms only because he could. Well, that Pelosi blocks him with existing protocols (impeachment) only because she can is simply poetic justice. If McConnel had followed the protocols instead of raising his middle finger to Obama – the Dems wouldn’t be fighting him now. They’d grumble, but would accept his right to do so. If anyone is to blame here for the present situation, it is the Republicans. Don’t forget that in Bush/Gore – they actually stopped the recount to make sure that Bush would be president – rather than let the re-count play out normally. They rig voting lists, they close down voting stations unnecessarily, and they have hindered the Postal Service – all as attempts to rig the elections. They have never played fair – so why should the Dems?
The stink of fear is swirling around all the conservative “comics”. So used to Dems playing fair as compared to their corruption and hypocrisy, scares the bejesus out of them when we let them know we’re fed up with their behavior.
I like how they have already agreed to confirm Trump’s nominee without knowing who or what it will be. Now that’s what I call a profile of courage. . . . . /s
Republicans like to game the system and pretend that they are just following the rules as written. The democrats can play by the same rules, as written.
Abolishing the filibuster is useful and good, because nowadays it is mostly used for partisan hackery as opposed to actual debate. Packing the court might be dangerous, but ultimately depends on who is picked for those seats. By blocking Merrick Garland, Mitch McConnell has indulged in a little court-packing himself. Of course, the Republicans could also do the same thing if they retained the Senate and Presidency. They could do this now.
Not sure where extortion came from. And impeachment is justified, even accounting for no double jeopardy.
His attempt at political cartoons are so uninformed that they don’t deserve any commentary. As I did with Payne, there will be no more opening of this nonsense.

Your jealousy is showing, Mikey. If your leader was truly a stable genius he would have thought of these things himself… and you’d be cheering…
