…and keep it coming!

This weekend I had to go on a crash diet to fit into my suit pants for an interview on Monday. The interview seemed to go well, but now it’s another week+ wait to find out.

I’d kill for a pumpkin pie right now! I read that POP TARTS have a pumpkin pie flavored one out now. thought I might hunt them down. You may have to fax me one, since I live in an area of small grocery stores with few choices,and no imagination.

At this point, I’m so tired of cooking that I have a feeling it might be just another dinner.

I am worried about Thanksgiving — the farm group that normally hand delivered fresh turkeys (and other meat and eggs and such) to us (in Chicago) has been a victim of Covid-19 and gone out of business. I may have to buy one of those hideous supermarket turkeys, all of which come injected with that disgusting solution. The taste of a real farm turkey is so much better.

Yes! Pumpkin Pie… have to add that to the grocery list for this afternoon!

You don’t have nearly enough whipped cream on that pie. At least two cans.

“Bring it”, indeed. I’m always up for some good old-fashioned comfort food …
