I agree with the assessment made by other people that Trump cannot distinguish between “for real” and “make believe.” He makes stuff up and lies but he believes every word that comes out of his mouth. What I don’t understand is why other people believe them too.
Belief in Trump goes beyond gullibility well into the range of willful stupidity. People are being duped, they know they are being duped and they are happy with being duped.
Buttercup’s slightly erroneous revisions of the facts would take up too much valuable shelf space. Might can the mulch, but that could poison the groundwater, like it poisons minds.
