Banana Cream Pie always seems to weep… making it soggy and nasty to eat. Now… a nice Apple Pie… with a Crumble topping… Yah… now I can’t go to the store! I don’t have any welding equipment! (Grin!)
It is sacrilege to even attempt to keep a banana cream pie longer than one serving. Bakeries should make you promise on your mothers grave you will, cut once and eat all.

You need not go to all that fuss for me. Be it banana cream, cocoanut cream or lemon meringue, I wouldn’t touch them with a ten foot fork.
