What is Mutts hat. Some kind of leisure wear I’d imagine. Cicero needs one of those hats with a propeller on it. I always wanted one when I was a boy but nobody sold them over here.
My sister and I always checked our dad’s chair for loose change, back in the day. I sometimes suspected he knew we searched the chair, so he supplemented our allowance with nickels and pennies.
What further proof is needed that ol’ Jeff must have canoodled with Mrs. Mutt at some point… the kid Cicero not only looks like Jeff, he pulls the same kind of goofy tricks on Mutt too… :-P
