Oprah used to tell her audience to pretend shredded carrots on a salad is cheese. I tried that, then I shredded some cheese on top of the carrots.

Yes definitely does not work.

As a child, my mother managed to make me eat spinach by preparing it like this:melt a little butter in a pan, add the boiled spinach and cook for a few minutes (add a little milk if necessar,), add grated Parmesan and mix well to melt; serve hot, with a sprinkling of grated Parmesan.

I knew spinach was good for you so I forced myself to eat it till I love it.
