I’m looking forward to a time when we no longer need to kill innocent critters in order to have healthy nutritious meat products. Science fiction has been promising us vat-grown meat for many years.
Of course, the folks who are all about “Organic” may decide they’d rather pay the (spiritual) price for “real” meat… I hope I get to see how it all plays out.
